Maintenance Agreements
Let's face it, life is busy! We all get so wrapped up in our daily routines
that we tend to overlook simple tasks, like scheduling preventive
maintenance on our heating and cooling systems.
We encourage our customers to get their systems serviced annually as
a preventive measure. Some of you might be skeptical about us coming out
every year. We get comments like "gas burns clean," "I'm not having a
problem" or "you just installed my new system a few years ago."
Well you wouldn’t let your car go 5,000 miles without changing the oil,
so why would you do the same to your furnace or air conditioner? Regular
maintenance keeps your system running efficiently, saving you money on your
utilities and keeping your warranty intact.
Jeff Lowe Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning offers several comprehensive
service agreement protection plans. Plus WE GO THE EXTRA MILE! Service
agreement customers receive additional benefits. If you have small tasks around the house you can't get done on your own, we're here to help. Need a piece of furniture moved? Need a high ceiling fan cleaned or just a simple light bulb replaced? Jeff Lowe has you covered!

Here’s what to expect from your maintenance agreement.
Generators
- Check hours on meter, frequency and voltage, battery, and air openings
- Adjust valves and change oil, filters, and spark plugs
Plumbing
- Inspect all visible water and drain lines, traps and connections, for leaks and corrosion
- Check toilets, mark main shut off valve with tag
- Flush water heater and check flue pipe
Heat Pump
Twice annually:
- Clean and inspect condenser coils, condensate lines, condensate pump, and electrical connections
- Inspect evaporator coil
- Lubricate condenser fan motor and furnace blower motor or air handler motor
- Check overall operation including refrigerant charge and thermostat operation
Gas Boiler
- Inspect flue, chimney base, smoke pipe and reseal
- Check circulators, safety controls, relief valve, boiler pressure, and thermostats
- Check all zones
- Drain expansion tank, and flush bottom of water heater
Gas Furnace
- Clean or install new filter
- Inspect flue, chimney base, smoke pipe, and reseal
- Check and lubricate blower motor and fan
- Check and replace belts if needed
- Clean condensate pump
- Check for carbon monoxide, temperature rise, and check fan limit switch
- Flush bottom of water heater
Air Conditioning
- Clean and inspect condenser coils, condensate lines, condensate pump, and electrical connections
- Inspect evaporator coil
- Lubricate condenser fan motor and furnace blower motor or air handler motor
- Check overall operation including refrigerant charge and thermostat operation
Water Conditioner
- We offer service options for UV Systems, Water Softeners, Neutralizers, and Chlorine Injection Systems
